I love food and I love learning about food.
Growing up I loved working in my Grandma Nellie's bakery and helping her cook Sunday dinner each week. In college I studied Food Industry Management and had so many great opportunities. While at BYU I was invited to join a team of professors and students who traveled to Fiji to teach classes on food storage. It's no wonder that I was drawn to Shelf Reliance and THRIVE foods.
